Our Story

Some of my fondest memories begin in the early morning hush, when the world was still dark and full of possibility. I was just eight years old, rubbing sleep from my eyes as my father gently nudged me awake. We’d quietly load our bikes into the back of his old pickup truck and head toward the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, guided by the quiet promise of a new day. By the time we arrived, the first streaks of dawn were beginning to stretch across the sky—brilliant shades of gold, pink, and orange glimmering over the edge of the blue Atlantic like brushstrokes on a living canvas.

With the waves crashing beside us and seagulls calling overhead, we pedaled our way up the boardwalk, the cool breeze salty and sweet in the morning air. The sky changed with every push of the pedal—from a deep navy to a warm amber glow, as if the sun were unveiling the world just for us. We’d ride all the way to the end, where the boardwalk meets the sand, and there, we’d stop and rest. Sitting side by side on the edge, we watched porpoises dancing through the surf, their fins rising and dipping in rhythm with the waves.

That was always my favorite part—not just the view, but the ritual that followed. My father would hand me a cold bottle of soda and a small bag of salted peanuts. Without hesitation, I’d pour the peanuts right into the bottle, just like he taught me. The fizz would rise, and then I’d take a sip—sweet, salty, fizzy, crunchy. It was magic. That taste—the perfect mix of beach air, peanut crunch, and ice cold soda—etched itself into my soul. It wasn’t just a snack. It was the flavor of a young child’s summer, the rhythm of the tides, and the joy of time well spent.

Years later, that same feeling inspired me to start this company. I wanted to bottle up that memory—the warmth of the sunrise, the crunch of the peanuts, the pure joy of a beachside moment—and share it with the world. Our snacks aren’t just about flavor. They’re about feeling. They’re a tribute to simple pleasures, seaside mornings, and the timeless magic of a ride down the boardwalk with someone you love.
