Boardwalk Snacks Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Boardwalk Snacks. If you have any issues with your order, please review our policy below.
Return Window:
You may return unopened physical goods within 14 days of the date you received the item(s) for a full refund.
Condition of Items:
Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition and packaging. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for opened items.
How to Initiate a Return:
  1. Contact Us First: Please email our customer support team at boardwalksnacks@gmail.com to request a return authorization. You must include your original receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Packaging: Securely package the item in its original packaging.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (usually 5-10 business days).
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at boardwalksnacks@gmail.com and we will provide instructions.
